- Rectangular vaulted frame with slightly curved long sides, flat top deck, slightly arched bottom sound deck, pins + pegs underneath the frame (in the saddles)
- Stand with crossed curved legs, central cross bar, felt pads
- Monochord with 60 strings, tri-tonal over 2 octaves, A1 – C2 – F2 – A2 – C3 – F3 with a special cross-over arrangement to bring C on left & A + F on right hand; 6x 10 strings or 3x 8 bass + 3x 12 treble (TBD)
- 5 string Tanpura with bridge (A1, 2x CA2, F2, C2); Total: 65 strings to about 610mm/24” from player’s end (arm reach)
- Body made from finest instrument woods with satin/semi-gloss finish Frame from Makore, Top deck from Hard Maple, Sound deck from Sitka spruce pine grade AA, Saddles and bridges from harder hardwoods, Stand from Ash
- About 3 round sound holes per long side, some or all inlaid with custom motif laser cut/engraved rosettes (see options)
- Overtone markers on players long frame side (laser engraved), TBD

It is planned to pick up the sound bed in person at our Luthier's workshop in North Idaho. We are required by law to charge a (currently) 6% ID sales tax.
3-pay plan:
1. First/down payment of 45% of subtotal (w/o tax) to place the order: $6,343.00
2. 2nd payment (25%) due when the instrument gets started to be build: $3,524,00
3. Final payment of remaining balance plus ID sales tax due at pick up: $5,073.70 ($4,228.00 + $845.70)
