Shipping
We generally ship within 2-3 business days of receiving payment and depending on your order volume. We will notify you upon shipment and send you a tracking number (first mail shipments excluded).
We offer an optional Rush Order handling service if you need your order faster!
Custom made sound instruments and a few products where indicated in the product description are excepted from this rule. Custom made instruments delivery and shipment will be determined in a quote and specific sales agreement.
How much is the shipping?
As soon you add an item to your shopping cart you have a shipping rates calculator at the bottom of this page available to calculate the shipping rates for the given product. When you add more items to the cart be sure to run the calculator again to update the rates. You need at least one item in the shopping cart the access the shipping rates calculator!
Insurance & Signature Required
We ship US Mail, Fedex and DHL for international. We insure shipments over $50. We always ship sound instruments with a value over $100 with signature required. We will provide you with a tracking number so that you will be able to be present to receive your shipment. For international shipment customer are solely responsible for all local customs, duties, taxes (VAT) and import handling fees (details below under International shipments).
Shipping Damage
All sound instruments are shipped insured. If your shipment arrives damaged please have the carrier note it immediately on the delivery record (if the damage is visible before opening the box) and let us know within 3 days of delivery to file a damage claim. If the damage is not visible until you open the box you must notify us within 3 days of delivery to file a damage claim. Save the carton and all packing material for any damaged shipment. We cannot take back or replace damaged items until the claims process is complete.
International Shipping
We are shipping world-wide!
International orders (outside the US) will be shipped with DHL or Fedex and tracking information will be provided!
International customers are solely responsible for any handling charges, all duties, brokerage fees, taxes and other import requirements must be taken care of and have to be paid to the courier or government by the purchaser. Each country has its own laws about imports, so please be sure that you understand what your country requires before ordering. Heaven of Sound assumes no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or any and all other charges requested or required by destination countries.
Because of the very high shipping charges and extremely complicated paperwork Heaven of Sound cannot accept returns on international shipped items (see also our Return & Refund Policy)!
