TERMS AND CONDITIONS for Seminars & Classes
Seminar Classes for Personal Certification include:
Meditation, hands-on practice, theory lessons, instructions and complete class literature. Coffee, tea and light snacks for morning and afternoon breaks are provided. Participants must bring their own lunch, but refrigeration and a microwave are available.
Sound Healing Instruments & Insurance:
Participants will use healing sound instruments (depending on class: singing bowls, gongs, monochords etc.) provided by Heaven of Sound while participating in the seminar. Sound healing instruments are fragile, participants are liable for any damage caused by them to the sound instruments. A liability insurance is advised, but is the responsibility of the participant.
A large variety of Tibetan singing bowls and Burma gongs are available for sale should participants wish to purchase their own. Custom sound healing instruments like monochords, sound beds and others, which are not in stock, can ordered during or after the class. Heaven or Sound offers special staudent discounts on sound healing instruments!
Cancellation:
There is a non-refundable registration fee of:
- $75 for weekend or 2-1/2 to 3-day classes
- $100 for 4-, 5-, 6- or 7-day intense workshops, classes
- more than 4 weeks ahead - 100% refund
- 4 weeks - 2 weeks ahead - 50% refund
- less than 2 weeks ahead - no refund
- cancellation after start of or during the training - no refund
Heaven of Sound reserves the right to cancel a course up to one week before the course starts if the minimum number of participants is not reached. Heaven of Sound also reserves right to cancel due to illness of course administrators or other circumstances beyond their control. Paid participants may choose to reschedule to a later equivalent seminar or to receive a full refund.
