Terms and Conditions for Education Programs (Professional Certification)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS for Education Programs in Sound Healing
Education Programs for Professional Certification include:
Meditation, supervised hands-on practice and sessions, theory lessons, instructions and complete education literature. They also include detailed homework, exercises and intra-student assignments, which are monitored and reviewed. Our professional education programs are focuses on hands-on experience and practical learning to guarantee that you have the best possible experience and preparation before becoming certified in the discipline.Coffee, tea and light snacks for morning and afternoon breaks are provided. Participants must bring their own lunch, but refrigeration and a microwave are available.
Sound Healing Instruments:
Students will use and need their own certified sound healing instruments (depending on training: singing bowls, gongs, monochords etc.) while participating in the education and for the homework, exercises and assignments. These instruments have to be purchased prior or during the education.
A large variety of certified Tibetan planetary singing bowls and Burma planetary gongs are available for sale for every student to purchase their own sound healing instrument set. Custom sound healing instruments like monochords, sound beds and others, which are not in stock, should be ordered in advance of the education training. Heaven of Sound offers special student discounts on sound healing instruments.
Insurance:
Students need to have an insurance cover (liability) while they are undergoing the sound healing education training program. It is the responsibility of the student to get this coverage prior to the start of the program and to deliver proof of coverage to the course tutor/Heaven of Sound.
Cancellation:
There is a non-refundable registration fee of $150 for a professional education program.
Refunds (Tuition minus registration fee) will be made according to the students cancellation date prior to the start date of the training as follows:
- more than 6 weeks ahead - 100% refund
- 6 weeks - 3 weeks ahead - 50% refund
- less than 3 weeks ahead - no refund
- cancellation after start of or during the training - no refund
Heaven of Sound reserves the right to cancel an education program up to 10 days before the training starts if the minimum number of participants is not reached. Heaven of Sound also reserves right to cancel due to illness of course administrators or other circumstances beyond their control. Paid participants may choose to reschedule to a later equivalent education or to receive a full refund.
