You further agree that any action taken at law or equity arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, Polices and use of our web site of other services shall be filed only in Idaho state court or United States District Court for the District of Idaho, and consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of litigating any action.
