When you do not want to hold your bowl in the hand as you play it, place one of these wonderful embroidered pads securely under your valuable singing bowl. These pads will allow your bowl to sing and resonate perfectly and also will protect the bowl from being scratched or damaged by hard surfaces when you store it. These pads are about 5-7mm or about 1/4" thick.
