PAYMENT TERMS:
The payment is as follows: 60% of the total ($627.00) is due and payable as down payment at the time of the order (non-refundable, covers pre-ordered materials, pre-designs and preparation work plus locks in your spot on the waiting list and the total price). The remaining balance ($417.95) is due and payable in max. 30 days from the date the instruments is completed and before it is shipped or at the time it is picked up.
Custom instruments are not returnable and payments are not refundable; the order is final. Accepted payment methods are common credit cards.
Shipping and handling fees are not included in this quote and will apply in case the instrument is not picked up at our Luthier workshop in Sagle, Idaho. We ship our custom sound instruments securely packed or crated and insured with signature confirmation.
A detailed shipping quote will be made and invoiced when the instrument has been finished and will be added to the remaining instrument balance due. In case you consider picking up your instrument in person here with us in Idaho instead of having it shipped, a 6% Idaho sales tax ($62.70) will be added to the instruments balance due, but no shipping fees will apply.
