• rectangular frame with long sides slightly curved
• sound decks from Sitka Spruce pine grade AA, frame from Hard Maple, bridges and saddles from special hardwood, see option below
• 1 pair of short (approx. 14") steam bend legs from Ash to play the KoTaMo at the ground
• simple round sound holes (one in the center of each long side) with an inlaid custom designed laser-cut* rosette
• Koto with 15 strings & bridges tuned to a Persian scale based on OM (C#):  
  C#2, D2, F2, F#2, G#2, A2, C3, C#3, D3, F3, F#3, G#3, A3, C4, C#4
• Tanpura with bridge and 4 strings: 1xC#2, 2xC#3, 1xG#2
• 36 Monochord strings (20x C#3 + 8x bass fifth G#2 (Uranus) + 8x bass C#2)
• overtone markers to both sides on the monochord deck
• OPTIONS:
• Custom designed laser cut rosettes inlaid in both sound holes*   + $240.00
• All 4 saddles and 15+1+1 bridges made from Purple Heart hardwood   + $350.00

Start of construction : Early Q1/2022, building time: 6+ weeks

Payment terms:

• Down payment of $3,550.00 to place the order. This will cover all pre-ordered materials, pre-designs and preparation work for the instrument plus it will lock-in the spot on the waiting list early beginning Q1/2022.
• The balance of $840.00 plus 6% ID sales tax on the total ($263.40) = $1,103.40 will be due and payable when the KoTaMo is completed and before it is picked up.
• Custom instruments are not returnable and not refundable; the order is final.

• It is planned to pick up the instrument and combine this with a 3-day hands-on private class into and practicing hands-on your own instrument at our Sound Healing Academy in Sagle, North Idaho. The tuition for the class will be $575.00.
• Other accessories like tuner, microphone, hard-case, humidifier, string cleaner etc. can be ordered before the pick up.
• Accepted payment method for the the balance due, the class tuition and other optional accessories is cash.
