  • A beautiful large Bengali singing bowl. At 2247 grams, it is still light enough for aura work and placement on the body, while still producing that solid "big bowl" sound. The polished bronze rim and interior give a golden contrast to the cinder-black body of this ancient style of bowl. Because of the way they are made, the outside surface of Bengali bowls may be somewhat rough.

The sound is exceptional with a stable, mysterious, tone, a slow binaural beat on the fundamental and a quick beat on the overtone, and great sustain. This is a wonderful bowl for both the serious self worker or for the professional. AND it is a carefully measured Heaven of Sound certified instrument, too!

    Diameter: 27.7 cm (10.9 inch), Height: 12.3 cm (4.8 inch);  Weight: 2085 g (4.6 lbs);  #2247

*Measurements approximate, these are hand made instruments and may be irregular in shape
  • This powerful singing bowl resonates on two fundamental healing frequencies

    1. Moon SynodicEmotions, feelings, sensibility, care
    2. Sacral Chakra - Svadhisthana, "I feel", emotions, sexuality, desire, pleasure, creation, and procreation; socialization
    • Moon Synodic is a very feminine aspect of the moon. Get in touch with and balance your feminine side. May help PMS, but good for all genders, especially combined with the male Mars to bring yin and yang into balance.
    • This chakra is located a hands width below the navel. The verb associated with the 2nd chakra is “I Feel.” The second chakra is associated with emotions, sexuality, desire, pleasure, creation and procreation. Socialization is also a function of the second chakra
    • In this bowl the Mars frequency lends its courage and strength building support to the grounding and stabilizing Earthday fundamentals. It is an interesting and very strong combination.
  • High quality stereo audio file of this singing bowl:

Except where noted all recorded singing bowls are played with our advanced gentle strike technique rather than the more limited "rubbing-along-the-rim" play technique to demonstrate the full complex sound spectrum with all overtones of the Tibetan bowl!
Please contact us if you would like to hear this singing bowl rubbed!
