Please be sure to provide us your exact email address that you wish unsubscribed, as well as your customer account number if available, so that we can be sure to identify you correctly.

Correcting and Updating Personal Information 
To update your information (name, address, telephone number and email address), please contact us, visit My Account on our web site or write to Heaven of Sound, P.O. Box 1484, Sandpoint, ID 83864. Email is not a secure form of communication. Please do not send us your personal information via email.

What non-personal information we collect

We collect non-personal information about all visitors such as how you navigate through our Web site by using data gathered with cookies and/or other online tools such as pixel tags. Photos, Videos and Testimonials
If you submit a photo, video, testimonial, product review or other such information for display on our web site, catalogs, showroom or elsewhere, we may post this along with your name. If you wish to update or delete this information, please send us an email.

 

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY on Our Web Site

Our web site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
